Brought washing machine and fridge online as it stated they had them in stock. Picked collection date etc. Then I called to confirm pick up and was told nope no items in store and not at warehouse have to wait 3 weeks. I stated I brought these items as I needed them asap and online stated they were in stock. Rude customer service. Called a number of times no response even emailed a complaint nothing back never shopped here thought shop local well never again

I purchased a new Miele vacuum and two sets of vacuum bags (one for me and one for my SIL) and was told that the second set of the bags that weren’t in store would be ready for collection the following Monday. I ordered and paid on 25/11/23 and have called and visited the store multiple times to collect the bags and told each time that they needed to be ordered (I was guarantee each time that they were doing that right away). It is now 21/1/24 and I still do not have the bags and they still have not been ordered. The closest store is an hour away and when I asked if there are other bags that fit, they only offer bags that are significantly more expensive than the bags I have “purchased” and I am expected to pay the difference when it is not the original product I required. I’m so disappointed as I purchased a new Miele vacuum cleaner in the same transaction and I am unable to use it because I am out of bags. Please don’t purchase anything through Bing Lee unless they have the actual stock in store to take home that day.

Store clean and complying with recent Covid19 restrictions. I picked up a click and collect order no problem. I was still able to get lovely service and advice about the watch I purchased , from a nice male shop assistant who helped me select a phone holder for my car. I found out of the major stores, BingLee was the only one who had stock of the watch i was looking for, and at competitive price
